The list of CPT modifiers now reflects the addition of modifier 93 (Synchronous telemedicine service rendered via telephone or other real-time interactive audio-only telecommunications system. The list of HCPCS modifiers now includes modifier JZ (Zero drug amount discarded/not administered to any patient).

The list of HCPCS codes now reflects all purchases of eye glasses (the descriptor for V2020 has been changed), as well as 2 new codes.
